  • Exchanges are possible within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.

- Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

- Refunds:

  • Only damaged or defective products are eligible for refunds. 

- Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized candles are non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • Clearance or sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

- Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure safe delivery.
